• Assistant Manager (HR): 1st Class Full Time Master’s Degree in PM & IR/MSW/MBA with HR elective or 1st Class 2-year Full Time PG Diploma in Management with HR elective equivalent to MBA.
• Assistant Manager (F&A): B.Com degree along with CA/ICWA.
• Assistant Manager (MM): 1st Class Full Time Degree in Engineering plus 2-year PG Degree/Diploma/MBA in Material/Stores/Purchase/Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics Management.
• Assistant Manager (IT): 1st Class Full Time MCA or 1st Class B.Tech in Computer Engineering/IT.
• Assistant Manager (OL): 1st Class Master’s Degree in Hindi or English with the other language at graduation level and 2 years’ translation experience.
• Assistant Manager (Safety): Degree/Diploma in Engineering/Technology or Degree in Physics/Chemistry with prescribed factory experience and a recognised Degree/Diploma in Industrial Safety.
