Required documents include marksheets of HSLC and above, educational certificates, proof of computer proficiency, proof of Mizo language proficiency, SC/ST certificate if applicable, proof of date of birth, and graduation certificate with complete marksheets. UPI payment, where applicable, must be made using the same mobile number used for OTR registration. Persons with disabilities are exempted from the fee.
